Refund and rescheduling policy

• 7 days or more before the booking: A full refund or rescheduling is possible.

• 3-5 days before the booking: Rescheduling is possible, or a 50% refund is available.

• 48 hours or less before the booking: No refund or rescheduling possible.

Missed courses or workshops

Life is busy! If you have to miss a class in your scheduled course (4 weeks or more), we've got you covered. We offer one free Open Studio per session. A little time to put your practice into practice.

Missed single sessions or courses shorter than 4 weeks are non-refundable and non-reschedulable. We offer multiple dates, so feel free to find the schedule that works best for you!

Tardiness

For single sessions, late arrivals (more than 5 minutes) will not be admitted to the class to ensure the course runs smoothly for all participants. No refund or rescheduling will be offered.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of your session and allow extra time for unforeseen circumstances on your side!

Broken work

The workshop team takes the utmost care of all student and member work. If a piece is damaged or lost, Cône10 will make every effort to return it to its creator, but we are not responsible for pieces that break or are damaged during the firing process.

Disclaimer of liability

As a student or member of the Atelier Cône10 community, I release the company doing business as Atelier Cône10, its owners and operators from any and all liability, claims, demands and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage or injury, including death, which may be sustained by the participant and/or the undersigned, in or upon the premises or any other premises under the control and supervision of the professionals of Atelier Cône10, its owners and operators or en route to or from any such premises.
