Refund and rescheduling policy

7 days or more prior to booking, rescheduling or full refund is possible, from your initial order date, not including rescheduled events.

3-6 days prior to booking, rescheduling or 50% refund is possible, from your initial order date, not including rescheduled events.

48 hours or less, we charge a cancellation fee 70$. We offer you a reduction code of 35$ to rebook within a month.

Missed courses or workshops

Life is busy! If you have to miss a class in your scheduled session (4 weeks or more), we've got you covered. We offer one free make-up class per session. A little time to put your practice into practice.

Send us an e-mail if you know you'll miss a class - we'll arrange the details for you!

Remember: Missed workshop dates are non-refundable. We run workshops several times a year, so feel free to find the session that suits you best!

Broken work

The workshop team takes the utmost care of all student and member work. If a piece is damaged or lost, Cône10 will make every effort to return it to its creator, but we are not responsible for pieces that break or are damaged during the firing process.

Disclaimer of liability

As a student or member of the Atelier Cône10 community, I release the company doing business as Atelier Cône10, its owners and operators from any and all liability, claims, demands and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage or injury, including death, which may be sustained by the participant and/or the undersigned, in or upon the premises or any other premises under the control and supervision of the professionals of Atelier Cône10, its owners and operators or en route to or from any such premises.
