Like many other arts, ceramics takes time and dedication, and we're here to support you in your practice and help you refine your technique, try out new forms, push your limits and define your creative voice.

During this session, you can make more complex shapes such as plates, teapots, wide, tall and closed pieces.

To take this course, you need to have completed the beginners' course at least twice, or an equivalent course elsewhere. In addition, you must be able to centre your clay without difficulty. If in doubt, ask your teacher if you're ready, or come and chat with us.

• This is a six-week session with a three-hour weekly class.

• You will receive 10 kg of clay of your choice from our studio, including glazes and firings.

• Six open studio sessions are included during your 6-week course.

Practice is essential. For an additional fee, you can come to the studio to practice what you've learned in class and continue working on your projects during our open studio sessions.
