Introduction to Handbuilding
No previous experience required. During this session, you will learn handbuilding techniques, such as pinching or hand forming. These will be the first steps in understanding clay manipulation.
During this two-hour session, you'll immerse yourself in the first steps of shaping a bowl, a plate or a small vase. We'll provide you with pre-wedged clay, and each participant will work on the table with a set of tools provided by the studio.
Please arrive on time to respect other workshop participants. If you are more than five minutes late, you will not be able to take part in the course and will lose your credit (nor will you be entitled to a refund or transfer to another date).
Please read our studio guide and terms of service before your first session. Please note that there are no refunds. If you cancel at least 48 hours before your start date, a partial credit will be issued for a later session.
