Each repair involves several stages of work, as well as drying time for the lacquer. Turnaround times may therefore vary depending on the complexity of the repair and the availability of the lacquer artist.

For traditional repairs, several finishes are available: gold, silver, copper, black, red, or blue.
Red or black finishes are generally the most affordable options, while still offering a unique and distinctive aesthetic result.
