In this workshop, you'll learn how to make the most of your clay to make wheel-thrown vases. It's a 3 week course, 3 hours a week. You will receive 5kg of clay of your choice and the glazing and firing will be done by our team. All tools are provided by the studio.You'll start by thinking about the shape of your vases and drawing them. Jeff will work with you to develop techniques for throwing and trimming that are adapted to your projects. This is a hands-on class, so don't expect to walk away with many fired pieces: You'll most likely end up with two or three vases at most, which will be fired and glazed by Jeff. You'll be able to pick them up a few weeks later. This workshop is open only to those with some experience on the wheel.
